Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product has not been used or tampered with
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is returned with its original proof of purchase

For reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns of food supplements that have been opened, unless the product is defective or not as described.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the description on our website, you are entitled to a remedy under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect and we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

4. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  • Send an email to call-ask@shrexxonchel.world with your order details, name, and reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Pack the product securely and send it to: Lapinkävijäntie 7, 96100 Rovaniemi, Finland
  • Retain proof of postage

5. Return Costs

For returns exercised under the right of withdrawal (not due to defect), the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We will clearly notify you of the estimated return shipping costs when processing your return request.

If the product is defective or we made an error, Shrexxonchel will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees for processing the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened food supplement packaging (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without a defect claim
  • Products that have been damaged by misuse or improper storage
